We have all thought at some stage of our lives that we cannot do something because it is not in us to do it or that we are not good enough at what we do. We hold onto limiting beliefs even when we are praised for our abilities, we still feel that we have not achieved the best results that are achievable by others. A limiting belief can be replaced by a new belief, that will provide you with a positive helping hand to achieve greater satisfaction in life.
Belief systems are in essence our intentions. We can think we belief in something yet our intentions ( sub conscious or conscious agendas may state otherwise). Intentions and belief systems should work in harmony. It's a simple matter of thought processing, holding on to our intention before we release our thoughts.
